West African state of Gabon may be next in line for LNG project development plans

The small West African state of Gabon could be the next LNG development area as Royal Dutch Shell made a natural gas discovery this week and an African LNG developer, Ophir Energy of the UK, expanded its exploration acreage in a nation renowned for flaring gas from its oil fields.
