Fortis starts expansion of small-scale LNG plant near Vancouver for domestic fuel use

Fortis Inc., the North American utility business, has started construction of its Tilbury LNG expansion project to add new small-scale liquefaction capacity and storage to boost domestic fuel use in the Canadian province of British Columbia.
