Only South American LNG exporter Peru to build new plant or expand existing facility

PeruPetro said it was considering using its growing natural gas reserves to build a new LNG plant or to expand its existing export facility at Pampa Melchorita on the Pacific Coast, the only base-load liquefaction plant in South America.
