BC Premier says Indian energy company plans to invest $4Bln in Canadian LNG

British Columbia Premier Christy Clark said during a trade mission to India that the Indian investor in the Pacific Northwest LNG project, India Oil Corp. (IOC), plans to invest $4 billion of the more than $30Bln required to develop the venture.
