Brittany Ferries of France cancels plans for new LNG-powered vessel and conversions

Brittany Ferries of France said it had cancelled plans to build an LNG-fuelled vessel and to convert three of its existing ships to run on LNG at a cost of $340 million to meet new European emissions regulations and instead will use the less expensive gas exhaust cleaner system.
