Largest Japanese LNG importers Tepco and Chubu embark on value chain alliance

Japan's two largest LNG importers, Tokyo Electric Power Co. and Chubu Electric Power, have signed a memorandum of understanding on the formation of an alliance covering the energy supply chain from upstream investment to LNG procurement.
