AMEC appoints execs from LNG engineer Foster Wheeler to its board after takeover

AMEC, the UK-based international engineering and project management company, said senior executives from the acquired LNG engineer and energy company Foster Wheeler, including its Chief Executive, have agreed to join its board now that the $3.3 billion takeover is near completion.
