Cove Point LNG export plant in Maryland ready to start building after final approval

Dominion, the energy and pipeline company developing the Cove Point LNG export project in the state of Maryland, said the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission had finally given approval to construct and operate the facility overlooking Chesapeake Bay and which will ship cargoes to India and Japan.
