Trusts controlled by Golar LNG's Fredriksen increase their stake in newbuilds owner

Geveran Trading, controlled by trusts established by the Norwegian shipping tycoon John Fredriksen of Golar LNG for the benefit of his immediate family, has purchased 15.5 million additional shares in the previously troubled Floating LNG developer, Flex LNG of Norway.
