LNG engineer Tractebel agrees to acquire Germany-based consultancy Lahmeyer

GDF-Suez, the French LNG and energy player, said its Tractebel Engineering subsidiary has agreed to acquire the Germany-based engineers Lahmeyer amid industry consolidation because of high project prices.
