Williams starts open season for Marcellus shale-gas project to underpin LNG exports

Williams, the US pipeline company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has started an open season bidding process for its provision of up to 2 billion cubic feet per day of Marcellus Shale and Utica Shale natural gas to markets for domestic consumption and to underpin LNG exports.
