US LNG developer to build $5Bln pipeline to access shale for export and domestic use

Dominion, one of the largest energy producers and natural gas transmission companies in the US and developer of the Cove Point LNG export project, has formed a joint venture to build and own the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline for shale gas at a cost of up to $5 billion.
