Former BG CEO named head of company with new Papua New Guinea LNG plan

InterOil Corp., the New York-listed company developing a second LNG project for Papua New Guinea, has named former BG Group Chief Executive Chris Finlayson as its new Chairman to help build up operations including liquefaction.
