Lawyer from Massachusetts takes charge of regulator in midst of LNG export build-up

The new Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Cheryl A. LaFleur, has named Larry Gasteiger as acting director of the Office of Enforcement as the regulator prepares to tackle a list of permits for the nation's LNG export build-out.
