Total maintains LNG sales amid challenges facing Yamal project and Novatek stakes

Total said second-quarter LNG sales were slightly up at 2.93 million tonnes as the French energy company faced challenges in its investment in the Yamal LNG project in the Arctic region of Siberia through its stake-holding in Russia's second-largest natural gas company Novatek.
