Trusts of Norwegian shipping magnate Fredriksen increase stake in Flex LNG

Geveran Trading, controlled by trusts established by the Norwegian shipping tycoon John Fredriksen of Golar LNG for the benefit of his immediate family, has purchased 12.6 million additional shares in the previously troubled Floating LNG developer Flex LNG of Norway.
