Egypt turns from LNG exports to imports as FSRU to be deployed at Red Sea port

Egypt is expected to become an LNG importer by September 2014 from a Floating Storage and Regasification Unit it is intending to charter from Hoegh LNG of Norway to be deployed on the Gulf of Suez as exports have virtually ended amid a surge in domestic demand.
