Iranian head of the OPEC of LNG and gas receives one of Japan's highest honours

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzu Abe has presented the Emperor of Japan's "Order of the Rising Sun" to the Iranian Secretary-General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum representing LNG and natural gas producers in a ceremony at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo.
