Louisiana LNG Energy, a project run by veterans of Duke Energy and the latest in a long line of US export ventures in the Gulf Coast states, has secured funding from Boston equity fund ArcLight Capital for a plant to be built on the banks of the Mississippi River, southeast of New Orleans.
