Belgium's Exmar applies new depreciation policy to LNG fleet and posts quarterly loss

The Belgian Exmar shipping company and LNG fleet operator controlled by Nicolas Saverys posted an overall first-quarter operating loss of $3.5M compared with income of $50.8M in the first three months a year ago as it initiated new accounting rules.
