El Paso Pipeline will develop Mississippi LNG terminal at Pascagoula for exports

El Paso Pipeline Partners will acquire from parent Kinder Morgan a 50 percent interest in the LNG terminal in Pascagoula in the state of Mississippi that's being transformed into an export plant.
