China's CNOOC lined up by BG of UK to be partner in Canadian LNG export project

China National Offshore Oil Corp.(CNOOC) has signed a preliminary agreement with BG Group to be a possible partner of the UK-based global LNG portfolio player in the proposed Prince Rupert LNG project in the Canadian province of British Columbia.
