Monaco-based LNG fleet operator GasLog follows Hoegh LNG on partnership route

GasLog Ltd. the Monaco-based LNG carrier fleet owner and operator listed on the New York Stock Exchange, has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering to investors of shares in a Master Limited Partnership.
