Japanese utility becomes second key buyer of LNG cargoes from US Cameron plant

Japanese utility Kansai Electric Power Co. has become the second buyer of LNG cargoes from a liquefaction tolling agreement holder at the Cameron LNG export plant being built in Louisiana.
