Marubeni and GDF-Suez sign definitive agreement for Urgugay LNG terminal

Marubeni Corp. of Japan said it reached an agreement with France's GDF-Suez on participation in the offshore LNG receiving terminal project in Uruguay for providing the LNG floating storage and regasification unit.
