Mississippi River LNG project run by Duke Energy veterans applies for non-FTA permit

Louisiana LNG Energy, run by veterans of Duke Energy and the latest in a now long line of US LNG project developers, has filed for an export permit for Non-Free Trade Agreement countries in the Far East and Europe from a liquefaction plant it proposes along the Mississippi River, southeast of New Orleans.
