Angola LNG still fixing issues with plant and says ramp-up to full capacity will take time

The Angola LNG plant will continue to run below capacity in the months ahead, but the facility in southwest Africa was still shipping cargoes during a slow ramp-up after a maintenance shutdown, a spokesman said.
