Total Japanese LNG import costs rose by $9.7Bln last year with weaker yen blamed

Japan's future LNG purchases will be affected by the soaring price of imports which cost 1 trillion yen ($9.7 billion) more in 2013 compared with the previous year because of a weaker Japanese currency.
