Singapore outlines selection plan for two new importers and ceiling on spot LNG

The head of Singapore's Energy Market Authority (EMA) said the second quarter will see the launch of a proposal process for additional LNG imports for the city state when two additional importers will be chosen and revealed that a cap on spot LNG cargoes will be imposed at 10 percent of supplies.
