Foster Wheeler wins Hammerfest LNG contract in middle of takeover by AMEC

Foster Wheeler, the US Nasdaq-listed LNG engineering company currently being taken over by UK-based AMEC, said it was awarded a contract by Norwegian energy company Statoil to perform a study for the LNG plant at Hammerfest in Northern Norway.
