US tycoon Kaiser's Excelerate gives more details of Lavaca Bay LNG export project

Excelerate Energy, the US LNG project developer, has formally submited an application to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission seeking authorization to construct, and operate a terminal for the export of LNG from Lavaca Bay in Texas and for an associated pipeline.
