Japan's LNG imports rose 4.9 percent last month but are down in 2013 year-on-year

Japanese LNG imports last month rose 4.9 percent compared with the same month a year ago to give an annual import figure for 2013 less than the previous year, even as no nuclear power generation was available in Japan since October.
