Cheniere Energy's Sabine Pass LNG export project in Louisiana was more than 50 percent complete for Stage 1, covering the first two Trains, slightly behind schedule as the venture still heads for the commercial start-up of operations in early 2016, according to a report filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
