Novatek finalizes sale of 20 percent of Yamal LNG project to China's CNPC

Novatek, the second-largest Russian natural gas company after Gazprom, has finalized the sale of 20 percent of the Yamal LNG project in the Arctic region to China National Petroleum Corp.
