LNG carrier engines maker Wartsila rebuffs Rolls-Royce but another bid may follow

Wartsila Corp., the marine propulsion maker that has provided engines for about 100 LNG carriers, said it was no longer in discussions with Rolls-Royce after the UK company made a takeover approach for the engines division of the Finnish firm with an overall valuation of $9 billion.
