Shell prepares to sell Nigeria assets and stake in largest Australian LNG operator

Royal Dutch Shell is preparing to offer for sale more than $20 billion of assets early in 2014, including its stake in Australia's largest LNG operator, Woodside Petroleum, to help offset weaker margins and oil theft in Nigeria, according to investment bank analysts.
