ConocoPhillips plans to reopen small Kenai plant while huge LNG project is developed

ConocoPhillips has filed for a permit to resume LNG exports from its facility in Alaska's Kenai Peninsula that up until March 2013 had supplied Japanese utilities with cargoes for almost 45 years.
