Russia's Kaliningrad region enclave on Baltic coast to have LNG terminal by 2018

Gazprom Chairman Alexei Miller said the possibility of delivering LNG by sea to Russia's Kaliningrad enclave in the Baltic region should be possible by 2018 and will substantially increase the energy security of the region.
