Italy's Eni in Russian assets sell-off to give Novatek-Gazprom Yamal LNG options

Italian energy company Eni signed an agreement to sell its 60 percent stake in Arctic Russia to Yamal Development, a joint venture equally owned by Russia's largest natural gas companies Gazprom and Yamal LNG developer Novatek.
