InterOil CEO could take feed-gas assets into PNG LNG project after founder retires

InterOil Corp., the Papua New Guinea natural gas and energy asset holder and developer of the stalled Gulf LNG project, announced the retirement from the board of its founder, Phil Mulacek, and the appointment of Chief Executive Michael Hession to fill that board vacancy.
