Fluxys Belgium, the natural gas transmission and storage company and owner of the Zeebrugge LNG terminal, said the first nine months of 2013 saw 28 LNG carriers unloaded at the facility compared with 35 in the same period the previous year and the number of re-exports to third countries was also down.
