Wood Group acquires Elkhorn Holdings to double workforce for contracts in US shale

Wood Group, one of the UK's largest energy services contractors, has agreed to acquire Elkhorn Holdings Inc., a provider of construction services in the US that will build out the upstream production facilities that will underpin the LNG export industry.
