Chart Industries to acquire China LNG firm and wins US contract in buoyant market

Chart Industries Inc. the US LNG equipment supplier, has agreed to acquire a Chinese company that makes heat exchangers and has been awarded a contract to build and commission 20 retail LNG fuelling stations across North America as the industry booms worldwide.
