Black and Veatch says LNG industry view is optimistic from Kansas and other states

Black and Veatch, the Kansas-based LNG liquefaction plant equipment maker and project developer, said there was optimism in the industry because of coming US exports from the shale-gas boom and more use of the fuel in transportation.
