Engineering consultants Mott MacDonald appoints Allan as MD of energy division

Engineering consultants Mott MacDonald, who have worked on the Papua New Guinea LNG project, appointed Albert Allan as managing director of its oil and gas business where he will oversee a 1,400-strong team.
