SNC-Lavalin and Amec study opts for LNG to power first diamond mine in Quebec

Quebec is pursuing an LNG-fired power plant option for the province's first industrial diamonds mine near remote Indian tribal territory after a feasibility study carried out by Montreal-based engineering company SNC-Lavalin Inc. and Amec America.
