US Magnolia LNG project in Louisiana wants to double DoE permit capacity

The Australian developer of the US Magnolia LNG export project in Louisiana has applied to the US Department of Energy to export an additional 8 million tonnes per annum of LNG from the proposed plant in Lake Charles, Louisiana, potentially doubling the size of the venture.
