Singapore LNG terminal makes new hub move by signing cool-down fleet contract

Singapore LNG Corp., owner of the island state's import terminal, has made another step towards creating a regional LNG hub by starting cool-down service for newbuild carriers and those emerging from dry-dock maintenance.
