Australian developer of a US LNG project extends equity fund investment deadline

The only Australian developer of a US LNG export project, Perth-based LNG Ltd., has extended by a month its preliminary finance-for-equity agreement with US fund Stonepeak in relation to the Magnolia LNG venture in Louisiana.
