Russia plans to build its first regasification terminal in Baltic enclave of Kaliningrad

Gazprom plans to build its first LNG import terminal on the Baltic coast in the Kaliningrad Region of Russia sandwiched between the independent Baltic states of the former Soviet Union and Poland.
